. The spatial form not get it to work (do not recognize the file shp). Here's an excerpt from the post: http://www.qgis.org/ Start a New Project in Quantum GIS.
Open the new shapefile you created Started "step.
- Go to View> Select Features tool to select the make active.
- Drag to select all of the points and go to Edit> Copy Features.
- Open to new spreadsheet in OpenOffice.
- Paste the data into the spreadsheet.
- Save the spreadsheet as a CSV file.
- everything works correctly.
