These winter days, cold, snow, rain, come make me feel like cooking, turn the oven on and try new recipes. Usually do not post in this blog with recipes, but yesterday was a productive day, I tried two new recipes and I must say that I liked a lot and so I thought I'd share them with you.

The first is a main course, I tried a different way to cook the slices of pork and I found this recipe. You have to try it is really good:
